Your responsibilities
- Provide professional customer service support in Finnish OR Danish OR Norwegian for ASUS, global IT brand and our new client;
- Proactively respond to client inquiries on a daily basis (inbound calls);
- Building a good relationship with the customer.
Our requirements
- Fluent Finnish (C1) OR Danish (C1) OR Norwegian (C1)
- Good command of the English language (B1);
- Ability to effectively prioritize and resolve client needs;
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing;
